CBRE promoted Bryce Terveen to senior vice president at the brokerage firm’s advisory and transaction services group.

Terveen joined CBRE in 2005, following a six-year career as a professional baseball player with the Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners.

Terveen represents tenants and guides corporate occupiers through the process of leasing, buying or disposing of office space at CBRE.

“Over the past decade, Bryce has leveraged his extensive market knowledge to execute successful real estate strategies that directly correlate with our clients’ business objectives,” said Craig Henig, senior managing director and market leader for CBRE in Arizona. “His commitment to client priorities and strong attention to detail have earned him a venerated reputation across the Phoenix metro area.”

Working in tandem with his sales team, Terveen guides clients through integrated commercial real estate services including strategic planning, portfolio optimization and lease administration. Terveen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific.
