CBRE’s Tucson office has released the following recent transaction report:

Farm Bureau Property & Casualty Insurance Company leased 3,047 square feet at 4732 N. Oracle Rd. The tenant was represented by Trevor Pratt with Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord was represented by Jeff Casper with Tucson’s CBRE office.

Achieve is More leased 1,779 square feet of space at 3025 N. Campbell Ave. The landlord was represented by Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron and Michael Laatsch with Tucson’s CBRE office. The tenant was represented by Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum with Tucson’s CBRE office.

US Healthworks of AZ leased 5,449 square feet of space at 2301 N. Forbes Blvd. The landlord was represented by Dave Gallagher with Tucson Industrial Realty. The tenant was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office.

Bestcomm Networks leased 3,856 square feet of space at 6601 E. Grant Rd. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the landlord. Joe Nehls with Nehls Real Estate represented the tenant.

Trinity Books, Bible & Music leased 2,941 square feet of retail space at San Francisco Square. Nancy McClure with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the Landlord. Alain Hartmann, broker with Hartmann Realty and Howard Druch, represented the tenant who will be relocating from Ft. Lowell & Alvernon where its center is being demolished to make way for a Quik Trip re-development.

Markham Construction leased 1,889 square feet at 201 N. Bonita Ave. The transaction was handled by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office.

Lipsey Communications, LLC leased 1,400 square feet for a Sprint Store at 10515 N. Oracle Road. Michael Laatsch with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the tenant.

Curriculum Associates leased 7,228 square feet at 2015 W. River Rd. The landlord, Sundt Companies, Inc., was represented by Rob Gillette with Gillette Commercial. Jeff Casper with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the tenant.

Sage Financial Services leased 1,295 square feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. The tenant was represented by David Houge with Realty Executives Tucson Elite. The landlord was represented by David Montijo, Jeff Casper and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office.

Samtec, Inc. renewed their 8,925-square-foot lease at 8950 N. Oracle Rd. Bob Davis with Tango Commercial Real Estate representing the Tenant. Buzz Isaacson with CBRE represented the landlord.

Copper Mine Brewing Company leased 1,815 square feet of space at 3455 S. Palo Verde Rd. The Tenant was represented by Tucson’s CBRE Dave Blanchette, CCIM. Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney, also with the CBRE, office represented the Landlord.
