The Wounded Warrior Project, represented by Kyle Seeger at JLL, signed a lease for 5,524 square feet, Central Garden & Pet, represented by James Bayless and John Cooper at CBRE, committed to 13,718 square feet and Caliber Homes, represented by Tripp Anderson, Josh Nelson, Chris Sido and Kevin Calihan at CBRE, is leasing 3,117 square feet at LINK, located at 777 & 711 E Missouri Ave.

LINK, which is situated along Phoenix’s 7th Street corridor, is an 83,845 SF, 2-building office complex, featuring a glass-enclosed amenity space between two existing office buildings, Provision Coffee & Roasters — opening early 2022 — as well as indoor-outdoor landscaping and lounge and meeting space.

“These tenants recognized the importance of making early lease commitments to this one-of-a-kind project, and further demonstrate the strong tenant demand for creative and unique office spaces,” said David Warren, Mainstreet Capital Partners.

Added Spellman, “The repositioning of what is now LINK aligns perfectly with how the 7th St Corridor has transformed over the last several years. Both LINK and the 7th St corridor are now a destination for creative office tenants and patrons that enjoy local restaurants like Provision that will be opening at LINK next year.”
