CBRE announced today that Susan LaGanke has been promoted to Senior Managing Director, Project Management, Southwest Region and Multi-Markets. In addition to her current management responsibilities in the Southwest Region, Ms. LaGanke will now also lead multi-market project management business pursuits and interface with clients and brokers to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class services across markets across the Americas and at international levels.
A 25-year veteran of the industry, Ms. LaGanke’s has extensive experience in construction and new construction development. She will continue to lead the platform integration, financial operations, business development efforts and client relations for CBRE’s Project Management line of business across the Southwest region, including Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Albuquerque.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Ms. LaGanke was Director of Project Management for a global real estate firm where she was responsible for the initial development of the overall service line growth and project implementation for a variety of project types across Arizona. Ms. LaGanke also spent time with leading mall-developer Westcor Inc., where she successfully managed a portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of shopping centers.
