CBRE facilitated the $167.85 million sale of an 889,352 square-foot industrial portfolio, which includes 46 buildings across eight parks in the Phoenix metro. BKM Capital Partners acquired the portfolio from an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd.

- Buttes Business Center at 2105–2231 South 48th Street in Tempe, Ariz.
- Expressway Corporate Center at 3015, 3101 – 3131 South Park Drive, 3010, 3110 and 3120 South Potter Drive, 2307 and 2315 West Fairmont Drive in Tempe, Ariz.
- Harl Industrial Park at 7425 South Harl Avenue in Tempe, Ariz.
- Mineral Road at1520 West Mineral Road and 6900 South Priest Drive in Tempe, Ariz.
- Priest/Excel Business Park at 1302 West 23rd Street and 2121–2127 South Priest Drive in Tempe, Ariz.
- Tempe Commerce Center at 124-125 and 136 West Orion Street, 6100 South Maple Avenue, 6105 and 6125 South Ash Ave in Tempe, Ariz.
