Colliers International in Greater Phoenix conducted an unscientific survey of whether it has more ASU or U of A fans in advance of the annual football matchup, to be held this year on Nov. 21 at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe. The result turned into another Duel in the Desert with Ramey Peru, who served as UofA’s punter from 1999-2002, leading the charge against Bob Mulhern, who served as ASU’s student government executive vice president from 1980-1981 and as ASU’s Man of the Year in 1981. Peru, an associate vice president at Colliers, wasn’t intimidated by Mulhern, Colliers’ managing director. With the brokerage house divided, all will be cheering for their favorite team to win the Territorial Cup this November.
