On Friday, in front of roughly 200 guests, the City of Eloy dedicated a new 18,000 square foot City Hall Building at 595 North C Street. This new facility houses the City Manager, Finance, Human Resources, the City Clerk, Community Development and Economic Development. There is an office for the Mayor and work stations for each member of the City Council. One of the gems in the new building is a state of the art Council Chambers which will hold its first meeting on April 8th and space for private sector development currently occupied by Pinal County Federal Credit Union.
According to Harvey Krauss, Eloy’s City Manager, “this building is dedicated to all Eloy residents and was designed for ease of use and as a community gathering spot with a community room and a large lobby to accommodate public events. We also hope to make a very clear statement to developers and end users that Eloy is prosperous and actively encourages new investment”.
City Hall was designed by SmithGroup and built by CORE Construction.
