Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), experts in creating and renovating state-of-the-art healthcare facilities that promote patient care and well-being, recently began construction on the new $15 million dollar Avanti Senior Living facility in Peoria, Arizona. The state-of-the-art facility is slated to be completed next fall.

Developed by Drive Development Partners of Phoenix and designed by PRDG Senior Living Architecture of Dallas, the 80,000 square foot facility will include 24 memory care suites and 70 assisted living suites. The suites will be complemented by resort-style activities and entertainment options, an exercise room with a ballet bar and a full-service salon and spa.

“We are honored that Avanti Senior Living selected AP to build their new facility in Peoria,” said Mike Bontrager, regional president of AP. “Avanti Senior Living is at the forefront of providing modern amenities, services and care for discerning seniors. It is an ideal brand alignment for AP and we are proud to be a part of this new trend in senior care.”
