Foresight Senior Living Development LLC. and W.E. O’Neil announce the groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 9th at 10:00 am for the new Eternal Spring of Gilbert Senior Living Community in Gilbert, Arizona.
The new development, located at 940 E. Williams Field Road, is a two-story, 80,000 SF senior living community offering 59 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care resident rooms in 19 unique unit types. Residents will enjoy an active, engaging lifestyle that promotes wellness and independence. It is the community’s goal to keep its residents linked to resources and opportunities that will fulfill their needs and interests in the Gilbert area. Residents will have many opportunities to participate in a variety of life-enriching activities and events designed to stimulate the mind, body and soul. From cocktail-hour gatherings where you can learn about the nuances of a good Pinot Noir, to a discussion of the latest best seller in our Life-Long Learning series, to exploring new ways to stay healthy in a fitness class.
Eternal Spring of Gilbert will include a specially designed neighborhood to serve the special needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss. The goal of the community is to go above and beyond to enrich the lives of its residents. With its Pathways program, a Montessori-based philosophy for care, the community will create a specialized, life-enriching environment that affords each individual maximum self-expression. The groundbreaking ceremony will feature Town of Gilbert Vice Mayor Bridgette Peterson, Earl Kaplan, Lily Cheng and Jack Cheng of Foresight, Linda Edwards and Nathan Williams of the Town of Gilbert Planning Department, Bryan Dunn of W.E. O’Neil Construction Co. of Arizona, Joel Saurey and Tom Snyder of EPS Group, and other Town of Gilbert leaders and business leaders.
