Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization is holding their Phoenix Land and Housing Forecast on December 5. The event, which aims to predict market trends for the coming year, will be held at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn. Tickets are $100 with the program lasting from 3 to 5 p.m., and cocktails from 5 to 7 p.m. All proceeds will benefit New Pathways for Youth, ASU Real Estate Programs and Crowns of Courage
