Dobson Road, the office park has 11 free-standing buildings. Five (5) of these buildings have frontage on the Dobson Ranch Lakefront and two (2) of the buildings have frontage on Dobson Road, which feeds directly to the U.S.-60 and Loop 101 Freeways.

Tyson Breinholt, Partner/Associate Broker, and Shane McCormick, Vice President – Sales & Leasing for Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the sellers of Dover Shores Office Park, Meckelborg Financial Group LTD, a Canadian institutional investment management firm in the sale of this prime office investment.

“There were some challenges along the way, but I attribute the successes of the deal to our team and the owners’ willingness to work together with us to properly position this office park as a value add asset,” said Shane McCormick.

The buyer, 2222 Piedmont LLC, purchased the 11 building office park for $8,650,000 / $89.77 per square foot.
