Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management has promoted Craig DeBon to Senior Project Manager. Craig has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Oregon State University, his Certified Landscape Technician certification from the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) and obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction meetings, plan and budget review and oversight, job set-up /job book, scheduling, writing RFI’s, submitting change order requests, equipment scheduling, material orders and coordination, invoice approval and cost coding, two week look ahead and manpower coordination. Craig has over 18 years of experience in commercial landscaping. He started his career in commercial maintenance and after a few years, moved over to commercial construction where he has installed, estimated, and managed multi-million dollar projects.
