Construction for Fellowship Square Surprise, located at 16477 W. Bell Rd. will begin on November 15, 2016. It is expected to open in February 2018.
The fully gated facility will have 313 apartment homes on 14-acres, with 255 of the apartments set for independent living, 42 apartments for assisted living and 16 suites for memory care.
There will be two dining rooms, an activity area, and site amenities, which include: a pool, koi pond, prayer garden, dog run, pickle ball courts, bocce ball court and a putting green.
The facility will have 85 full-time employees and 20 part-time employees.
