ORION Investment Real Estate negotiated the sale of the former MIKID corporate headquarters for $535,000 ($101/SF).
This single user office is located along Thomas Road near 24th Street. Surrounding the property is Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Phoenix Country Club, Camelback Esplanade, Biltmore Fashion Park and several local parks. Within five miles of the property, the population is approximately 276,279 and the average household income is $63,387.
Nick Miner, CCIM, senior vice president at ORION Investment Real Estate, represented the seller in this transaction.
“This was surplus real estate for the seller who is a local non-profit. I recently helped the sellers relocate to their new corporate headquarters building earlier this year. It is great being able to help a local non-profit,” Miner said. He concluded, “This is the third transaction I have assisted MIKID with and currently assisting on multiple others.”
The property was sold by MIKID, a non-profit that improves the behavioral health and wellness of children and youth through a family-centered approach. Buyer, Sohail LLC, purchased the building. They were represented by Laurel Lewis at NAI.
