The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson, owned and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors and managed by Columbus Hospitality Management, has been recognized with a new build award in the Hilton Hotel & Resorts category of the Hilton Americas Development Awards.

The annual awards recognize the achievements of owners, development partners, and hotel teams in the Americas across several categories under the Hilton portfolio of brands. Hilton Cavasson was 1 of 10 new build award winners in the Development Awards by Brand category.

The Americas Development Awards recognize the passion, creativity and innovative spirit of Hilton developers and owners. This year, the Hilton Development team selected 49 winners based on distinct criteria such as quality of hotels developed and in operation, commitment to quality of projects, impact on local community and early adoption of newer brands.
