The San Tan Elegante & Legado Hotel consists of the San Tan Elegante Conference & Reception Center and the Legado Hotel. It opened in July, with a ballroom totaling 10,000 SF of dedicated function space, and is column-free with a grand barrel arch 30-feet high. The range of flexible spaces offers numerous meeting options. The Legado Hotel, which opened in August, features 121 guest rooms and suites. Amenities include a lobby bar and restaurant, day spa, fitness center and heated pool. Cost of the project is $21M.
