Hunter Hotel Advisors has announced that they advised on the sale of the 106-room Country Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Hotel for a Los Angeles based hospitality company to an international investment group. The $7,350,000 transaction was Hunter’s 6th for their client who is in the process of repositioning their portfolio.
“There is an overabundance of capital actively pursuing the better select-service hotel investments today,” said Danny Givertz, senior vice president. “As international money continues to flood the marketplace, investors are willing to get more aggressive than ever before on deals that are in highly desirable markets and well-positioned for significant growth.”
