El Rancho Santa Rosa, a 133-acre property in Maricopa, Arizona, sold to Pulte Homes for $10,641,000. Kidder Mathews’ Brian Rosella represented the seller, Investment Grade Loans, Inc. This marks the largest homebuilder purchase in the Maricopa submarket in the past 18 months.
The sprawling property presented an attractive opportunity for Pulte Homes, as they sought to expand their presence in Maricopa after successfully closing out on their nearby community, Santa Rosa Crossings. The location’s proximity to their completed project made it a strategic choice for future residential development.
