Land Advisors Resort Solutions (LARS) has hired Guy Famiglietti as its new vice president of international resort sales.
Having lived for more than a decade abroad working to launch new projects throughout the Caribbean, Europe and Latin America, Famiglietti’s global vision brings unique solutions to the challenges currently facing the resort real estate industry. Leaning on his background in marketing and advertising, Famiglietti will develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Land Advisors’ new Resort Solutions specialty brokerage arm on assignments worldwide.
Prior to joining LARS, Famiglietti worked for IMI Resort Holdings and was CEO and founder of Resorttopia, an international resort sale and marketing firm, amassing more than 16 years of experience and closing $1.2 billion+ of the finest luxury properties in North America, Europe and the Caribbean. He is well-traveled and well-versed in resort real estate properties in various stages of development.

Famiglietti will be based in Austin, Texas. With a bilingual marketing team, he will further expand the Resort Solutions platform of specialty resources for the resort and destination properties, with easy access to Land Advisors existing markets across the US and the Caribbean.
