LGE Design Building broke ground today on its latest development, the $10 million Chandler Corporate Industrial Center.  The 100,018-square-foot corporate facility will be located at 370 N. Juniper Dr. in the Chandler Corporate Center business park. 

“This property expands the East Valley corporate community in a very appealing way,” says Greg Hopley, executive vice president of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.  “Its proximity to freeways, Sky Harbor International Airport and abundant employee housing all create the ideal site for this type of corporate structure.”

Hopley brought owner Desert Palm Management Group LLC to the site for purchase and also will serve as exclusive leasing agent for the building.  Construction is scheduled to be completed on the project in September 2018.

Desert Palm Management Group LLC purchased the property, which is located adjacent to another LGE-constructed property.  The owner teamed up with LGE to design and construct this latest corporate facility. 

The structure was designed as a striking corporate facility with abundant use of glass in its elevation.  Zoned PAD/PDP, the building has 24-foot minimum clearance height.  The structure will feature a total of 12 bay doors, eight of which are dock-high.  The property features 329 parking spaces and curbs for future 3-5 ton HVAC units. 

Chandler Corporate Industrial Center is located north of the northwest corner of Juniper Road and Chandler Boulevard, just more than a mile from the Loop 101 and 202 Freeways.  The property is situated 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and one mile from Chandler Fashion Square.  Corporate neighbors include DaVita RX, Creative Leather Furniture, Garmin, Inc., Broadcom and Vantiv.
