Construction has begun on Northern 101 Commerce Center, a 388,621 square-foot industrial and office space on a nearly 30-acre site at 7860 N. 106th Ave., Glendale.
Northern 101 Commerce Center is designed by LGE Design Build’s in-house architecture firm, LGE Design Group, and is being developed by local developer Creation. There has been a lack of new development of this product type in the area and Northern 101 Commerce Center will deliver four state-of-the-art buildings with best-of-market clear height, parking ratio and loading area dimensions complete with modern features.
Located just west of the Loop 101, Northern 101 Commerce Center is conveniently located near local freeways for easy access to the Central, North and West Valley areas. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2021.
“As the Glendale industrial market continues to boom, many of the already-standing spaces are functional, but LGE sought to bring modern design to the area in addition to seamless functionality,” said David Sellers, President and CEO of LGE Design Build. “Northern 101 Commerce Center is built with e-commerce and distribution at the forefront, while LGE Design Group’s masterful design creates an eye-catching first impression for future tenants.”
The build team for N101 Commerce Center includes architect LGE Design Group led by lead designer Ben McRae, general contractor LGE Design Build, construction manager Harrison Jones of LGE Design Build, civil engineer Hunter Engineering, Inc., structural engineer Caruso Turley Scott Structural Engineers, M/P engineer Mechanical Designs, Inc., electrical engineer Greg Hampton and landscape architect TJ McQueen & Associates, Inc.
