Comprising two buildings, Building B stands at 455,936 square feet while Building A features 220,240 square feet. Situated on nearly 40 acres of land, the site offers ample parking, including 743 parking spaces and gated yards to accommodate nearly 150 trailer spaces. HubStarr Logistics signed a 126,075-square-foot pre-lease prior to its completion in June 2023, filling more than half of Building A before expanding to take the rest of the building this month. JLL is handling leasing.

Designed and built by LGE, Echo Park 303 showcases signature modern architecture with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. Noteworthy features include two stories of storefront window systems strategically placed to maximize natural lighting within the lobbies and office spaces located at the corners of the buildings.

“Echo Park 303 not only elevates the industrial landscape in Glendale but also reinforces our commitment to delivering cutting-edge developments that align with the evolving needs of our clients, the community, the industry and the region at large,” said Grant Blunt, the vice president of construction at LGE Design Build. “As the design emphasis for industrial buildings increasingly encompasses aesthetics alongside efficiency, our team is at the forefront, integrating thoughtful elements and premium finishes to enhance the facility’s appeal for potential tenants and their employees.”

Echo Park 303 is poised to become a prime destination for businesses seeking premier industrial space in the Greater Phoenix area. Its strategic location, coupled with its modern design and ample amenities, positions it as an attractive option for tenants in various industries.

“The Loop 303 corridor is a rapidly growing industrial hub, and Echo Park 303’s proximity to Loop 303, Interstate 10 and nearby centers for major brands positions it as an optimal facility for companies seeking a key distribution center in the Southwest,” said Jon Boyajian, principal at Echo Real Estate Capital. “Since Echo Park 303 marked our first metro Phoenix industrial development, we prioritized working with a team that is deeply ingrained in the nuances of the Valley’s market to ensure long-term success. LGE Design Build has been an invaluable partner, employing an efficient design-build process that delivered cost-saving solutions and ensured the timely delivery of this project.”
