Construction is nearly complete at Maracay Homes’ newest residential community, Enclave at The Meadows, a collection of 126 premium homesites located at The Meadows master-planned community in Peoria, Arizona.

The all-natural-gas community will also feature kitchens with G.E. stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, 36” upper cabinets at kitchen, 18” tile and much more, depending on the plan.
