Construction is nearly complete at Maracay Homes’ newest residential community, Enclave at The Meadows, a collection of 126 premium homesites located at The Meadows master-planned community in Peoria, Arizona.

The development is situated at the gateway to the city’s fast-growing, vibrant north Peoria (NoPoAZ) district, on the northwest corner of Deer Valley Road and 91st Avenue. Once completed in September, Enclave will become Maracay’s only neighborhood at The Meadows offering two-story homes, in addition to single-level options. Two new model homes and a selection of five new, distinct FlexDesign® floor plans ranging from 2,482 to 4,586 square feet, will be available in this third and final piece of Maracay’s popular 472-homesite trilogy of neighborhoods at The Meadows.

“The addition of Enclave brings a wide variety of product offerings to The Meadows,” said Maracay Homes President Andy Warren. “We now have something for everyone, including young families looking for a larger home to grow into, empty nesters who enjoy the versatility of the available floor plans, and weekend warriors who need extra space for their toys.”

Homesites at Enclave, while slightly more compact than Maracay’s other two neighborhoods at The Meadows, will be comfortably sized at about 8,000 square feet, still offering plenty of elbow room between homes and large enough for an 8’ to 10’ side yard gate. The all-natural-gas community will also feature kitchens with G.E. stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, 36” upper cabinets at kitchen, 18” tile and much more, depending on the plan.

Set in the heart of one of the Valley’s most vibrant outdoor recreation spots, The Meadows affords residents an unrivaled opportunity to enjoy northwest Peoria’s year-round opportunities. Active families and weekend warriors alike flock to the area where the expansive Lake Pleasant waters stretch across 10,000 acres, offering an oasis of recreation activities, from jet skiing and water skiing to kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and more.

Beyond the waterfront, north Peoria boasts multiple desert parks with easy access to camping and horseback facilities via multiuse paths that enfold the area’s regional and municipal parks. Whether hiking, biking, picnicking or observing nature, the city’s park system is highly acclaimed for seamlessly blending the surrounding natural desert landscape with the city’s burgeoning urban lifestyle – which is fast-becoming a national destination for its perfect mix of urban amenities and resort-like lifestyle. Peoria also lays claim to a rich cultural scene, top-rated schools, celebrated golf courses and sports centers, attractive dining and retail hubs, and an emerging market of high-wage industries and major employment corridors.
