LGE Design Build is set to break ground on Papago Tech, a 62,880 square foot research, development and manufacturing facility at 48th Street and Washington in Phoenix. The ground breaking will take place the week of June 2.
Designed by Cawley Architects, the facility is being developed by Silagi Development. According to Moshe Silagi of Silagi Development, LGE was the ideal fit to construct a facility like Papago Tech.
“LGE has an outstanding reputation in this area of construction,” Silagi said. “The quality of construction they provide, along with the fact that they have outstanding employees, supervisors and project engineers and consistently bring their projects in on time and on budget made this a simple choice. And on top of all that, they do great quality work and provide a great finished product – they don’t cut back on anything to keep it fast or affordable.”
David E. Sellers, president of LGE Design Build, said he is excited to be working on a project like Papago Tech.
“The Papago Tech project is the type that we love to work on – these kinds of shell office/warehouse projects have been our bread and butter for years,” he said. “We feel really good about this project in a lot of different ways and think we can bring some unique elements to the facility that will make it an outstanding destination for Silagi clientele.”
