BPR Companies has officially broken ground on EQT Real Estate Commerce 303, a 497,234-square-foot cross-dock speculative warehouse located in Glendale’s rapidly expanding industrial corridor.

The project is situated on a 70-acre site at 15600 W. Camelback Rd., Glendale, AZ 85340, strategically positioned to serve the growing logistics and distribution needs of the West Valley.
Commerce 303 is designed to meet the evolving demands of modern industrial users and will feature 40-foot clear heights, tilt-up concrete construction, and a hybrid panelized roof system. The facility will provide the efficiency, flexibility, and scalability sought by today’s distribution and logistics operators.

The West Valley continues to experience significant industrial growth driven by strong infrastructure, proximity to major transportation corridors, and increasing demand for high-quality distribution space.
