Middlefork Commercial recently facilitated the $1.25 million sale of a medical office building at 808 Ainsworth Dr. in Prescott.
The two-tenant medical building was purchased by Van DE Mortel Trust from 808 Ainsworth, LLC. Sean Bishop, CCIM of MIddlefork Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The building was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
The single-story, 4,973 square-foot building is located in Prescott Medical. Prescott Medical is neighbor to Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC). YRMC was recently recognized as one of Arizona’s highest ranked in the “US News & World Report 2015-2016” Best Hospital Report.
