Houston-based Boxer Property took over management and leasing at Midtown Phoenix’s CBIZ Plaza, located at 3101 N. Central Ave. in late December.

The addition of the CBIZ Plaza totals Boxer Property’s Phoenix portfolio to just over half a million square feet.

CBIZ Plaza is a Class A environment offering many options for office space throughout the over 266,000 square-feet office complex. The complex includes a 16-story high-rise office tower, a two-story 17,300 square-feet Garden Building and ample parking in the six-story parking garage. The property features a park-like setting with a fountain courtyard and abundant outdoor seating.

The plaza is Located in the heart of the Midtown Corridor along the light rail and directly across from Park Central Mall which offers numerous restaurants and retail shops.

Stephen Kradjian headed up negotiations from Boxer’s side and will oversee the building’s success going forward.

“We are excited to add CBIZ Plaza to our portfolio in Phoenix. It adds a Class A component of space to our Phoenix assets and is very well aligned with our leasing strategy,” Kradijan said. “Building owner LNR and Boxer believe the building is conducive to our Workstyle concept and that the Phoenix market will be very receptive to this product.”
