The NAI Horizon team of Russell and Andrew Warner negotiated the $7.75 million sale of the Leaf Verde RV Resort at 1500 S. Apache Blvd., in Buckeye, Arizona.
NAI Horizon represented the seller, Leaf Verde RV Resort LLC (Scott Swanson). The buyer was Leaf Verde TIC LLC (Dan Williamson).
“Leaf Verde is one of only a few RV parks serving west metropolitan Phoenix,” said Russ Warner, a senior vice president in Manufactured Housing & Self Storage Investments. “The park’s proximity to I-10 and the rapid growth in the area makes it attractive to both seasonal visitors and transient customers.”
Leaf Verde sits on 26.8 acres. It features 377 full hookup spaces, 272 of them for pull-throughs (20 x 70 feet). Amenities include a club room, a heated pool (during winter months), a computer station and newly remodeled restrooms. Leaf Verde is in proximity to shopping and restaurants, golf courses, spring training baseball facilities and Phoenix International Raceway.
