Villa Contento, a 38 unit luxury townhome community in Scottsdale, recently sold for $9,600,000 or approximately $252,000 per door. The property was completed in October and 95% leased at the time of the sale. The Buyer, Rancho Hayden, LLC was represented by Barbara Lloyd, Lane Neville and Sharon Reeves of NAI Horizon. The purchase was part of a 1031 exchange facilitated by the sale of Mercado del Lago, a 61,319 sf, mixed-used office and retail project also located in Scottsdale, which sold in August of this year. The NAI team of Lloyd, Neville and Reeves represented the Seller, Rancho Hayden, LLC, in that transaction.
