Skyway Business Park is 300 acres and one of Surprise’s largest economic developments. In the past year, Skyway Business Park has grown to include companies such as Rio Glass Solar, Gestamp Solar Steel, and Intrepid Tool. LGE Design Build is beginning construction on a special retail development within the next month. This will include 17,416 SF Skyway Retail where they previously completed 176,000 SF SW Products and 420,000 SF Park Skyway. The new building will include retail spaces from 1200 SF and will include 14’ clear ht, an attractive parking ratio, and available patio space for restaurant tenants. This new building is being built to serve the businesses located in Skyway Business Park and surrounding residential neighborhoods.
