Since the magazine’s launch in 2006, AZRE magazine’s RED Awards has become the premier event celebrating excellence in Arizona’s commercial real estate industry. The annual program recognizes the state’s top projects, architects, contractors, and developers whose vision and expertise shape Arizona’s economic growth and built environment. From innovative office spaces and community-focused developments to healthcare facilities and mixed-use projects, the RED Awards highlight projects that elevate design, functionality, and community impact. Widely regarded as the “Academy Awards of Arizona real estate,” the event underscores the industry’s pivotal role in driving progress statewide.
The finalists and winners for the 2026 RED Awards will be honored at an in-person awards event 5:00-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2026.
Each year at the annual RED Awards dinner, AZ Big Media recognizes the top commercial real estate projects completed the year prior along with the companies and people who made each one possible. Ultimately, one project will win in each of the project categories. In addition, awards for the architecture firm, contractor, subcontractor and developer of the year will be presented. The nomination deadline is Dec. 28, 2025.
