VanTrust Real Estate, a full-service real estate development company with a regional focus and national scope, hires Jenna Borcherding as Director of Real Estate Development at its Phoenix office. In this role, she will be responsible for market assessment, land procurement, oversight of entitlement, design, construction, and leasing and sales of company projects.

With over eight years of commercial real estate experience and most recently as a broker for the office tenant representation team at JLL, Borcherding is very familiar with leasing transactions on a local and national level. As an active committee member of NAIOP for many years, she was named Best of NAIOP 2017 Developing Leader of the Year and is a current member.

“Jenna brings a broad range of experience, which will have an immediate impact on our current developments,” said Keith Earnest, executive vice president of VanTrust. “Her understanding of multiple aspects of the development cycle will translate into a more streamlined process for our team.”

Borcherding is a graduate of the University of Alabama and moved to Arizona in 2011 to begin her commercial real estate career. She has been recognized for her contributions and success as an Arizona business leader by the Phoenix Business Journal’s Landmark Leaders Emerging Leader in Commercial Real Estate as well as AZ Big Media’s 1 of 10 Millennial Leaders in Commercial Real Estate.
