Real estate management firm, P.B. Bell, added a trio of industry professionals to its corporate team based in Scottsdale.

Arian Ploszaj has joined P.B. Bell as marketing director, while Tim Donhauser and Trey Brandt have been named as new development project managers.

Ploszaj brings more than 10 years of commercial marketing experience to P.B. Bell, a private, Scottsdale-based company celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Ploszaj will oversee all elements of P.B. Bell’s marketing division, including event planning and execution, advertising initiatives, social media and digital asset management, and community and public relations. She most recently served as marketing director at Vestar, a commercial retail development and management company.

“With her retail and commercial background, and her successful track record with community engagement and social media outreach, Arian adds a fresh perspective to our leadership team at P.B. Bell,” Debbie Willis, P.B. Bell president and designated broker of property services, said. “As a local, family owned brand, P.B. Bell has a special story to tell, and it is one that is evolving during this time of growth as we increase our footprint throughout the Valley and multifamily industry.”

Donhauser, an industry veteran with experience in both the commercial and residential development space, has served previously as a construction project manager for multi-use projects overseeing planning, design and implementation. Donhauser has a background in architecture and a keen understanding of the intricacies that go into the planning, zoning and development of multifamily communities.

Brandt is a seasoned real estate development professional with experience managing the construction and development of sizeable projects, including 19,000 single-family homes across nine states as part of a private equity REIT portfolio. He is well-versed in contract negotiation, zoning and permitting, site acquisition and real estate law.

“Our development velocity required us to expand our team, which is a great thing,” Mike Trueman, vice president development for P.B. Bell, said. “Tim and Trey’s oversight on construction and acquisition projects will be instrumental as P.B. Bell continues to expand in the months and years to come.”
