Rottner began her career in the community management industry as a portfolio manager in 1998 and has worked her way through operation and management oversight positions before moving into the business development role. Rottner strongly believes in board and homeowner education. To that end, she has served on the Board of Directors of The Leadership Centre for more than a decade.
