Buena Vista Properties LLC, an investment firm based in Surprise, acquired Putters Paradise RV Park in Snowflake, Ariz., on Nov. 14, 2014 for $975,000 from a private owner. Both the buyer and seller were represented John Sheedy at Park Brokerage Inc.
The all-ages park contains 88 RV spaces with fourteen park model tenancies, 8 permanent trailers, and a two story clubhouse and is located on four acres. The adjoining one acre parcel was also included the sale. The park was continually developed by it’s founders throughout the 1980’s and 1990’s and is served by city water and sewer however there is a well on the property that could be utilized for irrigation. All sites have 30/50 AMP electrical service.
The property is located at 6,000-foot elevation.

The sale of Homestead Mobile Ranch in Lakeside, Ariz., was completed Oct. 1, 2014 for $1,900,000 to a local private investment firm. Sheedy and John Grant with Park Brokerage Inc. represented the seller. The White Mountains resort destination is an all ages park contains 69 RV spaces with 11 park model tenancies, 28 manufactured housing units, and a duplex and is located on 10 acres of which 1.5 is currently undeveloped.
The park was continually developed by it’s founders throughout the 1970s and 1980s and is served by city water and sewer however there is a well on the property that could be utilized for irrigation. All sites have 30/50 AMP electrical service. RV Rents are $367 per month with all utilities included while MH spaces rent for $314 per month without utilities.
The property is located at 7,200-foot elevation in the pines.
Rents have not been raised in four years.
