Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global real estate developer, announced that Paul Tuchin has been promoted to Market Leader of the firm’s Phoenix office. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity for TCC and High Street Residential (HSR), the firm’s residential subsidiary, throughout the state of Arizona.

Paul assumes the role from Cathy Thuringer, who has been promoted to President, Western U.S. for TCC after serving as the Phoenix Market Leader since 2019.
Paul joined TCC in 2013 and was named a Principal of the firm in 2018. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing and executing real estate acquisition and development projects in the Phoenix market and significantly growing the team’s multifamily development business. Under Paul’s leadership, HSR has delivered more than 1,200 units to the Phoenix area in the last five years. Notable projects include Gramercy Scottsdale, The Mercer on Fillmore, Smith & Rio, The Astor at Osborn, and Osborn Marketplace. He has also worked on several industrial developments, working to support and lead teams that have delivered world-class industrial assets to the market, including Park Ladera, Corridors Industrial Park and Coldwater Depot Logistics Center.
