An industrial warehouse in Peoria at 10857 N. 95th Ave. was sold by Peoria Mini Storage II LLC to Precision Fleet Services, according to Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC International (CPI).
The building is approximately 81,060 square feet, located just north of Peoria Avenue and visible from the Loop 101 Freeway.
CPI’s Chad Ackerley represented Precision Fleet Services, an auto-brokerage firm, in the $3.9 million sale, and Tom Knaub of Colliers International represented Peoria Mini Storage II LLC.
Ackerley said the former indoor RV storage facility was built in 2005, and has 26-foot clear heights, and easy freeway access.
“This location will help (Precision Fleet Services) expand their no hassle business model into the West Valley. The facility will continue to operate as a indoor RV Storage lot during the tenant improvements, which are underway, to build out offices within the building,” he said.
