Peoria-based property management firm Plaza Companies added Kylie Cook as its senior property manager.
Cook will be responsible for business development, bringing more than 15 years of real estate experience in Arizona to the Plaza Companies team.
Cook, a graduate of the University of Kansas began her career as a realtor working for top notch Valley companies such as DMB, Russ Lyon, and Meritage Homes, was part of the Thomas Title & Escrow’s Regional Development and Sales team. In that role, she focused on marketing and client expansion in Arizona and national commercial services.
Prior to that, Cook served as the Regional Business Development Manager for Paradigm Tax Group where she closed over $4 billion in real estate for property tax appeal work across Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico.
“Kylie brings a range of skills and has a comprehensive real estate background, and makes for an outstanding addition to our Plaza team,” said Sharon Harper, president and CEO of Plaza Companies. “We are thrilled to have her here working with our team. Her addition will help us achieve our goals.”
“I am pleased to be joining the Plaza Companies team and to have the opportunity to work with an organization with an exceptional reputation in the real estate industry,” Cook said. “I look forward to working with Plaza, its tenants and its partners in ensuring an exceptional level of service for everyone involved with these properties.”
