Hagen Hyatt
Executive vice president, JLL
BACKGROUND: With expertise in e-commerce, supply chain logistics, high-tech manufacturing and advanced manufacturing sectors, Hyatt serves the critical industries driving Phoenix’s dynamic industrial marketplace.
SOURCE OF PRIDE: “My partner Tony Lydon and I are the leading industrial brokerage team in Pinal County, completing more lease transactions than any other team in that market. While we’re very active across Arizona, being part of Pinal County’s evolution is particularly rewarding.”

John Stroud
First vice president, Matthews
BACKGROUND: Stroud specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout the Phoenix metro, with a focus on the Scottsdale Airpark and Phoenix Sky Harbor submarkets.
SURPRISING FACT: Before entering commercial real estate brokerage, Stroud spent years as a competitive golfer with aspirations of playing at the highest level. While playing one of the biggest junior golf tournaments in the world, he missed qualifying by a single shot. That moment redirected the entire trajectory of his life, leading him to ASU and ultimately into commercial real estate.

Landon McKernan
Partner, LevRose Commercial Real Estate
BACKGROUND: Since joining LevRose in early 2020, McKernan has been involved in over $300 million worth of transactions, with a strong focus on sale-leasebacks, owner-user sales, investment sales and landlord representation.
SOURCE OF PRIDE: “Becoming a Partner at LevRose.”

Mike Parker
Executive vice president, CBRE
BACKGROUND: Parker specializes in advising institutional and private clients on leasing, acquisitions, and disposition strategies across Arizona’s most active industrial submarkets.
SURPRISING FACT: In 2025, Parker was involved in one out of every eight square feet of industrial buildings leased in Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport area.

Sam Jones
Vice president, Colliers
BACKGROUND: Focused on landlord and tenant representation for the leasing and sale of industrial and land properties, Jones’ championship mentality earned him the 2025 Jim Keeley Spirit of Colliers Award, which he says “represents a mindset of being all-in” and striving for continuous growth.
SURPRISING FACT: “I was part of the 2018 Ivy League Basketball Championship team as a member of the Penn Quakers. That season led us to the NCAA Tournament, where we faced the No. 1 seed Kansas in Wichita, Kansas. During the game, I scored over Mitch Lightfoot, who, like me, attended Gilbert Christian High School. Sharing the court on a national stage, competing against a top‑ranked team, and representing Penn in March Madness made the moment even more meaningful, both personally and competitively, and it’s something I’ll always be proud of.”
