Beakley has more than eight years of experience appraising and analyzing commercial real estate, formerly serving as a senior analyst valuing multifamily and manufactured housing properties throughout Phoenix Metro. “I thoroughly enjoy rising to the challenge to appraise the anomalies,” he says, “the one-off complicated commercial real estate properties. I am thankful to have a few of these in my portfolio and hope to have more in the future.”

Surprising fact: “Me and my family are aspiring beekeepers.”

Boyle specializes in private capital multifamily sales throughout the Southwest. Additionally, he coordinates with the ten debt and equity experts and four other brokers in the Northmarq Phoenix office. “I look forward to continuing to utilize the Northmarq platform to provide clients with industry-leading multifamily service and solutions,” Boyle said of his Jan 2023 promotion to Northmarq’s vice president.

Biggest career accomplishment: “Being recognized (along with my partners) as the go-to broker in the build-to-rent space.”

Surprising fact: “I play guitar in my family band.”

In 2018, Mitchell joined ABI Multifamily. He partnered with colleague Dallin Hammond to establish ABI’s Private Apartment Team (PAT). The team focuses on serving the needs of private, non-institutional buyers and sellers in the mid-sized multifamily market. Mitchell was part of a $10.85 million sales transaction in Phoenix. Having done more than $250M in sales before the age of 30.

Surprising fact: “In March of 2023, I parlayed climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with completing the LA Marathon the following week.”

No. 1 on the commercial real estate bucket list: “Develop a LEED-Certified Walkable Community with Small Businesses Retail: The aim is to create a vibrant, sustainable and walkable community that combines LEED certification with a thriving small businesses retail environment.” 

Zack Mishkin

As the senior vice president of ORION Investment Real Estate, Mishkin specializes in all things residential. In fact, his residential sales roots and diverse experience in residential investment real estate, have positioned Mishkin to strategically assist clients in various ways: discussing and developing acquisition goals; finding and acquiring conforming product; advising on capital management and ownership strategies, and advocating in the positioning and marketing for successful dispositions.

Biggest career accomplishment: “Clients first — always! Over my 20-year career, I’ve never had a client lose money on a Real Estate Investment I represented them on. I feel like that’s a huge accomplishment.”

Bikran Sandhu is the COO, CFO, and co-founder of Rise48 Equity and Rise48 Communities. As COO, Sandhu oversees underwriting, asset management and investor relations for all assets. His main responsibilities as CFO include overseeing accounting, finance and treasury at Rise48 Equity and Rise48 Communities. 

Biggest career accomplishment: “Building Rise48 Equity from the ground up with the help of Alice, Zach, Grace and Robert.”

Surprising fact: “I wanted to be an Air Force pilot when I was very young, but I gave up on that because I had to wear prescription glasses and I thought that disqualified me from becoming a pilot.”
