SRS Real Estate has announced that Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre fitness concept in North America, has leased two new locations in the Phoenix area; a 1,935-square-foot space has been leased in Village Square at Dana Park at the intersection of Baseline Road and Val Vista Drive in Mesa, Ariz., and a 1,658-square-foot space has been leased in Spectrum Town Center at the intersection of Williams Field Road and Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, Ariz.
Pure Barre has experienced strong growth in 2015, announcing its 300th studio opening in Augusta, Ga., earlier this year. The grand opening of its Mesa, Ariz., location was celebrated on August 31st and the Pure Barre in Gilbert, Ariz., is slated to open fall 2015.
