The Gilbert RE/MAX Alliance Group is now under the new ownership of Mark and Andrea Toon. The Toons purchased the brokerage from long-time owners Tim and Jo Ann Webley earlier this month. Jo Ann will continue selling real estate at RE/MAX Alliance Group, and Tim will be pursuing outside interests.
RE/MAX Alliance Group first opened in 1993. The brokerage is home to nearly 60 associates in Gilbert and has no plans of changing locations.
“RE/MAX Alliance Group and its associates are part of the Gilbert business community and we hope to further grow our roots here,” Mark said. “The Webleys, Andrea and I all have the same high standards when it comes to customer service and running a brokerage service. We’re expecting the ownership transition to be seamless for both agents and clients.”
Mark previously served as the designated broker of RE/MAX Alliance Group since 2011. A long-time resident of Arizona, he has been selling real estate for more than 40 years and has been associated with RE/MAX since 1993.
“Homebuyer demand has continued in Maricopa County this selling season, as June saw a 4 percent jump in sales over June of last year, with the average sales price increasing more than 7 percent year-over-year. Now is a great time to be in real estate, and we’re excited to continue helping community members with all of their housing needs,” added Mark.
