The new Estate Villas under construction at Sterling at Silverleaf will be among the first custom homes in the country, and the first in Ariz., to include the latest technology from Crestron, the global leader in home automation systems, including 4K Ultra HD, voice recognition controls, advanced energy-saving automation, motorized shades and wireless door locks.
