Thomas Title & Escrow is opening its new offices on Monday, June 6 at a 3,000 square-foot space in Gilbert’s 250-acre Rivulon project at the northeast corner of South Loop 202 and Gilbert Road.
Currently the team is opening escrows to be closed at this location. TT&E will be the only title and escrow agency in the Rivulon project, which also houses Isagenix International. TT&E recently assisted the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors in the closing of its future Chandler location.
“We are proud of the fact that we were selected to service one of the largest real estate associations in the country, the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors,” said Jeff Sutherlin, TT&E senior vice president/residential. “It was exciting to help them with their new facility, which will be very close to our location.”
“Thomas Title & Escrow is known for taking care of clients with the best and highest standards. We do this with a sense of urgency, commitment and utmost professionalism,” Sutherlin added.
The leadership team at the space includes Nancy Robinson as branch manager; Claudia Tone, business development manager; and, Amy Diaz, senior escrow officer.
Robinson, a well-respected professional in the Southeast Valley, brings 30 years of industry experience to the Gilbert TT&E office. She is an expert in all areas of escrow including residential, commercial, acquisitions, REO and construction.
Tone combines her 13 years of experience in lending and escrow services with high-tech savvy. She has a deeper understanding of the transaction than a typical business development manager because of background in lending.
Diaz, has more than 20 years of title and escrow experience. She relocated from Pinetop to the Valley in 2009 and has successfully closed thousands of files.
The team is rounded out by escrow assistant and Director of First Impressions Leslie Leatherberry and Marketing Services Director Katie Orton. Orton brings a wealth of experience in graphic design, social media, and print marketing strategies for real estate agents.
“Another thing that makes this office so special is our state-of-art training room. We expect to train thousands of agents and help them build their business,” Sutherlin said.
Rivulon is being developed by Nationwide Realty Investors, the developers of the Gainey Ranch Corporate Center in Scottsdale. Lee & Associates is the leasing company.
