Ryan Companies US, Inc. joined Living Spaces executives and Town of Gilbert leaders Thursday at San Tan Village to celebrate the grand opening of Living Spaces’ first east Valley store, warehouse and showroom.
Ryan began construction on the 98,400 square foot retail project in August of 2015 and was responsible for the shell of the building, along with the site hardscape and paving activities. This project is Ryan’s second partnership with Living Spaces in Arizona, following the construction of a showroom and distribution center for Living Spaces in the City of Phoenix.
“Our team worked diligently to ensure we reach the three main goals of the owner; an expedient execution of the project, an extremely satisfied tenant and a unified development and construction project team,” said Mark Beal, division manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc.
Living Spaces is known as the go-to destination for finding home furniture, décor and design inspiration. In order for the retail store to display various livable spaces, the team incorporated a showroom, which required Ryan to work closely with a contractor to install over a 100 floor boxes for electrical capabilities, giving the retail store the ability to display several life-like stations throughout the showroom.
