Shea Homes Arizona recently broke ground on model homes at its Vantage condominium community. Six model homes will be built featuring updated and re-engineered home designs for those looking for a lower maintenance home.
Located on the northwest corner of 5th Ave. and Chandler Blvd. in Ahwatukee, the 69 condos at Vantage will range from 1,432 to 2,067 square feet, offering both two and three bedroom options, with two baths and attached one or two-car garages. The grand opening is slated in the first quarter of 2016 and pricing will likely start in the high 200’s.
Started by WestStone in 2007, only 58 condos were built before being put up for sale. Vantage is one of the last new condominium developments in Ahwatukee and offers unmatched amenities including two swimming pools and spa, a movie theater, fitness center, and clubhouse.
Traditionally a single family home builder, Shea Homes has recently been diversifying its portfolio and this will be the first time the Arizona division of Shea Homes will build condos. Shea has re-engineered the existing plans to reflect the quality it’s known for, including energy efficiency and supreme workmanship, as well as to bring the units up to current construction code standards.
