University Dr. The team utilized the City of Phoenix self-certification program to expedite the permitting process.
The 31,410 SF design-build project features 24-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, T-5 high bay lighting, skylights, and 1200A 480V power. This property’s truck access includes a full concrete drive around the entire building including a 130-foot deep truck court. The lease ready building can be configured for a single occupant or multi-tenant layout, and all tenant improvements will be custom for the end user.
