StreetLights Residential’s newest luxury multifamily community in Arizona, The Beverly, is now leasing. Located at Scottsdale Road & Loop 101 as part of the mixed-use development One Scottsdale, the multifamily community offers 314 luxury apartment homes ranging from studios to three bedrooms. This is the first project in Scottsdale for StreetLights, a national design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities based in Dallas, and its eighth community in Arizona.

“The Sun Belt continues to be a top area for growth and The Beverly will help meet the need for more residential options due to the Arizona region’s sustained growth trajectory,” said Greg Nadeau, StreetLights senior vice president of development. “The project’s thoughtful design and amenities embody our commitment to crafting a space that lifts the human spirit – each design detail is centered around the overall resident experience.”
The Beverly offers several floorplans ranging from 504 to 1,789 square feet, maximized for entertaining and hosting. Each unit features thoughtfully designed interior schemes including granite countertops, shaker cabinets and detailed millwork in kitchens and bathrooms, GE grade appliances, and in-ceiling SONOS speakers. Select units also include an integrated Fabita cooktop, wine fridges, and smart GE Café series cooking appliances.
Residents have access to a variety of amenities including coworking and conference rooms, a maker’s lounge, a resident bar in the lobby, and a fitness space with Peloton and Echelon equipment. Residents also have access to an expansive pool, multiple landscaped courtyards, dog park and connectivity to hike and bike trails that connect the surrounding neighborhoods to One Scottsdale’s retail and restaurant amenities.
StreetLights Creative Studio served as the architect of record and interior designer, while Norris Design served as landscape architect. StreetLights Arizona Construction, LLC served as general contractor.
