Encantame Towers, a modern luxury condominium development being built on Puerto Peñasco’s — better known as Rocky Point — Encanto Beach (or Playa Encanto), entered a new phase of construction as it began framing the first 24-story tower of the multi-feature development. The first tower, named Velero (or ‘Sailboat’ in Spanish), will be flanked by two additional 23-story towers, Verano (Summer) and Viento (Wind).
Encantame Towers will be the first and only development in Puerto Peñasco, or Rocky Point, that reaches 24-stories tall, as all other beachfront buildings in Rocky Point are no higher than 14-stories.
“We’ve been hard at work for months now to establish the foundation of Encantame Towers, and we’re thrilled to begin the next phase of framing our central tower, Velero,” said Keith Allen, Director of Sales at Encantame Towers. “Now that construction has gone vertical, locals and visitors will soon be able to envision the spectacular views from never-before-seen heights.”

Work that has been completed so far on Encantame Towers includes essential projects such as adding a pumping station and onsite cistern for city water; installation of electric power; excavation for the underground parking structure; foundation work on all three buildings; and adding a four-lane entrance road with median and bike paths. Over the coming months, residents and visitors can expect to see the completion of the first building’s 24-story frame in May 2020. The delivery of condos in the first building is scheduled for Fall 2020.
Encantame Towers will also be the first and only development to have rooftop pools and hot tubs that will be located on the roofs of the Verano and Viento buildings, all of which will be restricted to adults 21 and over. In addition to the rooftop age-restricted pools, the development will also feature five additional all-ages pools, four hot tubs, and two lazy rivers. Other site features include a commercial area featuring stores, restaurants, and entertainment; an event center; a pet park; and more.
“We’ve put a great deal of thought into creating a truly modern and comfortable environment that is suitable for families, young couples, retirees, and all types of people,” added Allen. “Many locals and long-time visitors are already signed up to be the first to experience some of these Rocky Point ‘firsts’ that we are creating at Encantame Towers.”
