The event offered guests a firsthand look at the property’s resort-style amenities, waterfront setting and hospitality-inspired lifestyle.

Guests toured Shorehaven’s residences and amenity spaces while enjoying a curated afternoon centered on wellness and community. Activations included a build-your-own succulent bar, handcrafted mocktails, a premium matcha bar, light bites and wellness-focused experiences designed to showcase the lifestyle available to residents.

Located along Tempe Town Lake within the $1.8 billion South Pier master-planned development, Shorehaven blends modern design, elevated amenities and walkable waterfront living just minutes from Arizona State University, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the Valley’s major employment centers.

Designed to blend intentional living with everyday ease, Shorehaven emphasizes elegant design, resort-style amenities and direct access to the lakefront and trail system. Shorehaven’s central location places residents minutes from Arizona State University, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and major employment and tech hubs across the Valley.

“Shorehaven was conceived as a modern lake house at an urban scale — an architecture that captures the energy of Tempe Town Lake while staying rooted in the landscape of the desert Southwest,” said Richard Drinkwater, DAVIS’ director of design and the Shorehaven project architect.

“The buildings are shaped to frame views, create shade, and support a pedestrian-first waterfront experience. The goal was to make the lake part of daily life. The 1.5-acre central park draws people through the site to Tempe Town Lake, and every move — from massing to landscape to the public spaces — reinforces that connection and contributes to the ongoing life of the waterfront.”

Now leasing, Shorehaven is a three-tower, 722-unit mixed-use community featuring studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, multiple fitness centers, an open-air fitness terrace, a yoga studio, retreat-inspired pools with private cabanas, coworking spaces, lakefront lounges and direct access to Tempe Town Lake’s trail system. The second tower, Terra, just opened, and the third tower, Dune, is slated for occupancy in early September.

The open house reflects Shorehaven’s continued focus on creating engaging experiences that introduce prospective residents to the community’s design, amenities and lifestyle while celebrating the continued growth of the waterfront development.
